"Purchased a Couple of Coats"
I purchased a couple of coats. Right away, I noticed I had put in the wrong shipping address, so I shot an email to the company and also texted them using the number from their Instagram. I got no response from Ed. I mentioned that my payment went through, but I never received a confirmation email. Still, no reply. So today, I’m reaching out to Amex to request a refund. It’s been six weeks, and I haven’t heard a peep from Charlotte Simone.

"Really let down"
I ordered a coat and haven't received any updates. For £400, this is just awful; I feel like I've really messed up. Fingers crossed Klarna can halt the payment.

"Poor quality and defective products"
I really dig the coats and their styles, but my Dixie coat has needed repairs twice, and I've only worn it a few times! The stitching keeps coming apart, and given the cost of the jacket, the quality is quite disappointing, unfortunately :/.
I definitely wouldn't suggest it.

"Absolutely Unacceptable"
Hey EU folks: For a coat that's already way overpriced and doesn't even come close to justifying its quality or design, you're looking at delivery fees of about 40 EUR, plus you gotta brace yourself for customs charges, which start at a whopping 200 EUR! So, in total, you're shelling out between 700-900 EUR for a coat. If you think a basic faux fur coat is worth all that fuss, I just can't agree. Plus, if you decide to send it back, you're stuck paying those customs and delivery fees again. Just ridiculous.

"Update on My Previous Review"
Just to follow up on my earlier review, I’m still waiting for a solution regarding the faulty Charlotte Simone jacket. I’ve sent my phone number and a few more emails, but still no word?
The customer service is just appalling! If I were looking to buy something, I’m sure I’d get a quick reply.
Be cautious when buying anything, just in case you run into a real issue with a product. You shouldn’t have to keep reaching out to the company for answers!
